The
Rheologic 1000 and 2500 are advanced capillary rheometers for routine
analysis of the rheological behaviour of molten polymers with
microprocessor controlled data acquisition.
Tests can be run at constant pressure. Easily changeable nozzles with different L/D ratios facilitate the usual rheological corrections (Bagley, Rabinowitsch, ect.).
"VisualRHEO" software for windows can run ther Rheologic 1000 and 2500 in fully automatic mode, or "pilot" the system in semi-automatic mode with real-time manual intervention if and when necessary. Highly robust frame and simple operation make it ideal for production control environments.
ESP feature
Unique new function, Equilibrium Stress Prediction, will automatically determine equilibrium stress in advance and more to the next test step. Tests demonstrate labour time-saving of up to 60% per test.
