Rheoindex

The Rheoindex representing the evolution of "Melt Flow Tester", has an application field very close to that of automatic capillary rheometers. In fact this instrument allows the user to perform:

• Traditional Melt Flow Index tests
• Double weight tests (increasing weight system)
• Three/four weights tests (increasing weight system)
• Polymer compacting with additional masses
• Remaining material purging
• Automatic cycles according to the international standards

The Rheoindex, therefore, is an instrument addressed to verify the basic rheological characteristics of polymers and their processability.
