The Weather Wizard III offers sophisticated, professional quality at a surprisingly affordable price. It monitors and stores data about the most essential weather conditions : inside and outside temperature, wind direction, wind speed, and wind chill.

The large display shows both wind direction and wind speed simultaneously on a compass rose. Add the Rain Collector to measure daily and accumulated rainfall, and add the WeatherLink for detailed, long-term analysis using your personal computer.

Included are all of the following functions :

• Inside temperature from 32° to 140°F (0° to 60°C).
• Outside temperature from -50° to 140°F (-45 to 60°C).
• High and low temperature with time and date.
• Wind direction in 1° or 10° increments.
• Wind speed to 175 mph (150 knots, 280 km/hr, 78 m/s).
• High wind speed with time and date.
• Wind chill to -134°F (-92°C).
• Low wind chill with time and date.
• Alarms for temperature, wind speed, wind chill, and time.

Options include :

• Daily and accumulated rainfall using the Rain Collector.
• Computer storage, analysis, and graphing using WeatherLink.
• Instant weather updates and alarm notification over the phone using WeatherTalker.
• Data transmission using a telephone modem, a radio data link, or our Short-Range Modem Pair.

Installation options include :

• Upgraded protection against radio frequency interference and voltage surges using the Protected Junction Box.
• Mounting the sensors with the Radiation Shield, Sensor Mounting Arm, or Anemometer Mast Mount.
• Installing the system outdoors using the Complete System Shelter or Multi-Purpose Shelter and appropriate heater.
• Powering the system in remote locations with the Solar Power Kit.
