Visco Ball , Falling Ball ºñ½ºÄÚ¸ÞÅÍ(Viscometer)

visco_ball.jpg (9614 octets)The falling-ball viscometer VISCO BALL is based on thee Höppler measurement system. It measures the time taken by a solid sphere to travel the reference distance through an inclined tube filled with the sample. The test results are given as dynamic viscosity in the internationally standardised absolute units of millipascal seconds (mPa¡¤s).

The VISCO BALL measures accurately the viscosity of Newtonian liquids and gases (with a special glass ball). It is preferably used in research, in processing control and in quality control. It meets the requirements of DIN 53015 as well as ISO 12058 standard.

By means of a thermostat, the temperature in the jacket can be maintained constant in order to obtain accurate results.

Note

For non-Newtonian liquids and pastes as well as pseudoplastic or thixotropic substances we recommend FUNGILAB rotational viscometers : VISCO BASIC, VISCO STAR plus and VISCCO ELITE. In order to thermostatizate the sample we recommend FUNGILAB Thermovisc series.

The instrument is supplied with 6 balls, control thermometer (-1 to 26¡ÆC) cleaning tools, calibration sheet and instruction manual. (Code V90000)
