The Bitotech Photometer is a powerful tool for the molecular biologist enabling rapid UV purity determination and quantification of single and double strand DNA, RNA and oligonucleotides, as well as bacterial growth rates and other visible wavelength tests. Results can now be obtained in µg/ml, µg/µL or in pmol/ml, with user entry of DNA size or oligo base sequence.

Gives you more space
The UV1101 is small enough to sit on a crowded bench, with a footprint only slightly larger than a piece of paper! (Approx. 13 x 10 x 3.5").

No lamp replacement
The long life Xenon flash tube has an estimated life of over 1 million flashes, so it should never need replacing.

No warm up time
As soon as your sample is ready, place it in the instrument for an immediate reading.
You can output your results to a printer or PC via the RS-232 port.

Uses less of your precious sample
The UV1101 accepts 10mm pathlength cuvettes (15mm window height) down to 10µL.
Up to 6 filters can be mounted at a time. 3 filters at 260, 280 and 595nm are included.

The UV 1101 has a comprehensive two year warranty which includes the Xenon flash tube.
