Glutaraldehyde Containment Systems AC600

The AC600 combined with the optional AirSafe safety controller ushers in a new era of glutaraldehyde containment systems. This affordable system, constructed entirely of space age thermoplastics, joins the industry standard AC1000 and AC2000 as the only units available that meet all applicable requirements for the containment of glutaraldehyde.

Whether you are using Rigid Endoscopes, Flexible Endoscopes or Surgical Instruments, the Glutaraldehyde workstations will provide containment of glutaraldehyde and other toxic fumes.

OPERATION
The AC600 has two blower speeds which are activated via a front mounted switch. The unit can be made completely automatic with the addition of the optional Model 300 AirSafe controller. In standard configuration the unit operates very quietly in the "idle" mode, until the sash is raised and high speed is automatically activated.

TRAY LAYOUTS
It is important to use two trays in the hood to eliminate exposure. The second "rinse" tray is used to remove glutaraldehyde from the instrument within the hood.
FULL ACCESS to endoscopes and trays is paramount in the AC600 design. The sloping front allows access to scopes without scraping arms or elbows.
NO WASTED BENCH SPACE - The AC600 uses the same bench space as your current trays.

OPTIONS
GLUTAWAY PUMP - Transfers glutaraldehyde and rinse water to waste.
AIRSAFE CONTROLLER - Continuously monitors and displays airflow while alarming the user when to change the main and pre-filter.
GLUTEX NEUTRALIZER- Neutralizes glutaraldehyde before disposal.
