Automatically records up to 16,000 data points in the field.  These can later be downloaded to a computer via the meters RS232 port and the results viewed instantly on Sper Scientific's Data Lab Graphical Software which comes with the unit. Data Lab also enables real time data logging directly from the thermometer to the computer. Also features min-max-average, relative temperature, auto power off, and hold functions. This well made unit is extremely accurate (?.2% rdg. +1ºC full scale) and has fast response times.
