The unit of measure is shown on LCD.  Provides instantaneous readings requiring only a 0.4mL sample.  The sophisticated microprocessor provides automatic calibration, low power consumption resulting in 2000 readings rather than 500 for competitive units, automatic shutoff after 3 minutes, and a low battery indicator. Uses CCD scanner (= linear scanned array imaging) for greater full scale accuracy of 0.1% vs. 0.5% for competitive units using less advanced technology.  Water resistant design protects the electronics from wet environments and makes for easy clean ups. Perfect for use in the food and beverage industry. Comes ready to use with a 9V battery, instructions and a carrying case. All models feature automatic temperature compensation and display temperature in addition to their other parameters.
