Product Warranty Our guarantee extends from the date of delivery onwards to cover all faults occurring within the guarantee period, to the extend the same can be demonstrated to be due to unsatisfactory materials or faulty manufacture. Repair shall be effected in our own factories. To this end, the parts complained of shall be sent to us freight paid. The foregoing notwithstanding, our liability shall be confined at our option either to the replacement of defective items or to the refund of items not replaced. All further liability in respect of any damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly form the items delivered or from use or defects thereof is rejected. Interventions or repair work carried out without our written approval, failure to observe our directions for operation and damage resulting from natural wear and tear, faulty handling or extraordinary operating conditions nullify our guarantee. The term of guarantee shall be 1 years saving written agreement to the contrary. Items produced by our suppliers shall be subject to the conditions stipulated by the same. Claims under guarantee shall confer no right on customers to withhold payment wholly or in part. For any period during which the customer fails to meet this obligations we shall be entitled to refuse to remedy faults. |
