Micro
probe: Excellent for HVAC
application where measurements must be made through a small
diameter opening in an air vent and then re-plugged.
Reading will remain accurate even if the vane is off by as much
as 15° from the wind direction.
Mini probe:
Reading will remain accurate even if the vane is off by as much as
25° from the wind direction. Steel versions are available for
corrosive environments in either 140C and 250C versions.
Macro
probe:
Recommended for fume hoods and
other applications with large flow areas.
