Dricycler Disiccators Models 134041, 134241 & 134441

Features
Same Boekel quality and features as on traditional desiccators plus:

  • Automatically regenerates the silica gel desiccant enclosed in the control unit eliminating the need to replace or bake desiccant (refer to Drying Sequence)
  • Easy to read door mounted hygrometer

Dricycler Drying Sequence (Dricycler automatically regenerates desiccant every five hours)

  • 4.5 hours
    Silica gel cassette housed in control box is exposed to desiccator air for 4.5 hours.
  • 0.5 hour
    Silica gel cassette closed off from desiccator air and regenerated by heating. Moisture is vented to outside air.

Applications
Storing ESD sensitive devices such as CMOS, MOSFETS and hybrid circuits under an inert clean and dry atmosphere

Features

  • Stainless steel with glass sides and front door panel
  • Inside glass surface has a vapor deposited film of tin oxide
  • Expanded stainless steel shelves glide on conductive runners and are grounded to stainless steel shelf supports, frame and grounding lug.
  • Shelf spacing is adjustable in 3/4" increaments
  • Can be stacked

  • Constructed to prevent static buildup
  • Statnip is less leaky than conventional plastic desiccators which tend to warp and discolor with age
