JTF 500
The JTF 500 is a complete benchtop assembly and rework station which combines the JTF 200 with a work platform. The work platform includes a precision vertical slide that converts the ThermoFlo handpiece into a reflow head. A standard board holder allows easy workpiece alignment for component removals and installations.
JTF 700

JTF 700 can be configured to meet your exacting standards for virtually all surface mount applications and manufacturing environments. The TF 700 Advanced Placement System includes: 4 zone process controlled hot-air reflow for BGA and SMT components, Fine adjustment table for placement of fine pitch SMDs, Sized and configured to fit your manufacturing cells or production lines, and Fully integrated bottom-side preheating, critical for BGA applications.
